Artist Studio Space is available for rent in the heart of vibrant downtown Bethesda, located at corner of Old Georgetown Rd and St Elmo with street parking and parking garage across the street. Eight artists share multiple rooms with two people per room. Access to the building is 24/7 365 days a year. We are conveniently located a few blocks from Bethesda Metro. Rent is only $201 per month (and that includes utilities) with two year commitment. Additional costs will total less than $100 for the year for insurance and end of year cleaning person.
